Join Our Board of Directors or Committees

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals who align with our mission, vision and values to commit the time, energy and expertise needed to drive us toward our shared definition of success. We are looking for:

• Board of Directors members with experience in human resources, building development, government relations, finance, non-profit management, fundraising, healthcare, and other backgrounds.
• Pathways to Economic Empowerment Committee members who advise on programs to improve the financial wellbeing of our unhoused and low-income neighbors.
• Pathways to Health Committee members who advise on programs to improve the health of our unhoused and low-income neighbors.
• Pathways Home Event Sponsorship Committee members who work to secure sponsorships from local businesses, churches, individuals, and community groups.
• Facilities Committee members who can help us assess and implement projects in the South Suburbs. We are looking for people with government relations, real estate development, property management, and real estate finance backgrounds.
