To view the trainings, you will need Adobe Flash Player, which can be downloaded for free here. The videos range from 3 to 18 minutes in length. A PDF version of each training is also available for you to download. Within the PDFs, the audio transcripts (from the video) are included as comments. Click on the dialogue box in the upper corner of the PDF to view these comments. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader this can also be downloaded for free here.
