Case Manager – Are you an experienced case manager ready to roll-up your sleeves and work in a fast paced environment? This is a full-time position assisting the men, women and children served by our PADS Daytime Supportive Service program centers. Your degree in social work or related social sciences, plus your experience working with people who are homeless will be the key to your success.
This is not a clinical position! Are you comfortable working with people of all ages and backgrounds, on both a one-on-one basis and in group settings? If not, pass this opportunity by.
As a PADS case manager you will help our guests unravel the complex maze of issues which resulted in their homelessness. As such, you must have a strong understanding of the community resources in the south/southwest suburbs. You must be extremely organized, conscientious and flexible. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
As a member of the South Suburban PADS team you must be an insured driver and have independent access to a reliable vehicle.
